A U.S. Navy veteran with a law enforcement background, David brings discipline, persistence, and respect for proper procedures to his work. He understands that behind every assignment is a client relying on timely action and accurate information.

- Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University.

David’s experience includes serving federal subpoenas and legal documents originating from many states. He has also handled service in Ohio of documents originating from other countries through applicable Hague Service Convention procedures.

Based in Lorain County, OnPoint serves attorneys, property managers, businesses, and individuals throughout Northeast Ohio, including Cuyahoga and Erie counties. Body-camera footage and photographs help document service activity and support detailed reporting.
